All products on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, cancel, or modify orders at our discretion. All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely. Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment.
We offer a 10-day return policy for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Returned items must be in sellable condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Custom or opened products are non-returnable.
All content, logos, trademarks, and designs on the Site (including “ShotBong™” and “Taste the Chase”) are the exclusive property of [Your Company Name LLC]. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Greenville County, South Carolina.
